ODF Converter 1.1
It offers support in Microsoft Word for ODF files.
ODF (Open Document) is a standard format based on the XML scheme, and is designed specifically for storing office documents. It is an open code project that tries to support this type of document in Microsoft Word. In concrete, ODF Converter supports the Microsoft Word XP, Microsoft Word 2003 and Microsoft Word 2007 versions.
Once the download file is installed, the user must indicate which version of Office they have. This done, new options will apear in the Microsoft Word File menu: ’Open ODF’ and ’Save as ODF’. So, each time you try to open an ODF file in Word, ODF Converter will tell you of the possible errors that have happened during the conversion process.
